FULL CARE: $325.00
** Stall will be cleaned daily. Stall will be stripped and re-bedded as needed.
** Bedding/Shavings furnished up to THREE (3) wheelbarrow loads per week. Additional shavings may be purchased at $4.00 per wheelbarrow load.
** Horse will be fed two times daily oats and grass hay up to EIGHT (8) pounds per day and FOUR (4) flakes per day. Individual feeding programs, medication, and other special services are available at additional charges. Additional grain $1.00 per pound, additional hay $1.00 per flake, or owner may provide special feed for their horse at their expense.
** Horses will typically be turned out in individual paddocks by stable staff while stalls are being cleaned. However, there is no promise of minimum turnout time. Boarders may use the assigned pastures for turnout themselves at their discretion. Additional turnout or bring in by stable staff will be charged.
** Rolled hay will be placed in pasture as needed.
** Use of all facilities.
** One saddle Rack per stall in tack room.
** Extra hay grain or bedding will be charged at market cost.
** Nutritional supplements will be fed ONCE (1 time) daily at no additional charge, providing that the horse owner provides supplements measured and ready. There will be additional charge for additional feeding of supplements.
** Any blanketing, sheeting, hoods or the like will be billed at the rate of __________per occurrences.
** Additional custom services available at a negotiated rate. Any changes or provisions made MUST be in writing and signed by both tenant and barn management.
SELF CARE: $190.00
** Stall: Horse owner is responsible for cleaning.

** One saddle rack per stall in tack room.
** Horse owner to provide feed buckets, water buckets, hooks and fan (management will install)
** Self Care pastures will be assigned. Turnout for horses will be by horse owner.
** Rolled hay will be placed in pasture as needed.
** Paddocks by stable may be used while cleaning stall or for short term turnout or exercise based on availability. Please see management to verify availability.
** Bulk oats and baled hay may be purchased from stable at market cost.
** Breakfast can be given to self-care horses as a convenience for the owners if arrangements are made with Stable. All grain and hay must be measured in buckets and hung near the stall and hay must be easily located.
** Additional feedings, turnouts, blanketing etc. shall be an extra charge of __________per occurrence.
